About the acceptance of the Frigs from heresy only after the announcement and baptism.
The fact that those who are converted from heresy by the so-called Frigs, even if they were members of their supposed clergy and were called the greatest, should be proclaimed and baptized by bishops and priests of the Church with all diligence.

Περὶ τοῦ τοὺς ἀπὸ τῆς αἱρέσεως τῶν λεγομένων Φρυγῶν ἐπιστρέφοντας, εἰ καὶ ἐν κλήρῳ νομιζομένῳ παρ᾽ αὐτοῖς τυγχάνοιεν, εἰ καὶ μέγιστοι λέγοιντο, τοὺς τοιούτους μετὰ πάσης ἐπιμελείας κατηχεῖσθαί τε καὶ βαπτίζεσθαι ὑπὸ τῶν τῆς ἐκκλησίας ἐπισκόπων τε καὶ πρεσβυτέρων.
