An order to use during church services only the canonical books of the Old and New Testaments, listed in the following (60) rule.
About the fact that special psalms and non-canonical books should not be read in church, but only the canonical books of the New and Old Testament can be read.

Ὅτι οὐ δεῖ ἰδιωτικοὺς ψαλμοὺς λέγεσθαι ἐν τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ, οὐδὲ ἀκανόνιστα βιβλία, ἀλλὰ μόνα τὰ κανονικὰ τῆς Παλαιᾶς καὶ Καινῆς Διαθήκης.
