About the eruption of clerics who believe or practice fortune-telling, astrology or wearing talismans.
About the fact that clergy or clerics should not be wizards, or sorcerers, or number tellers, or astrologers, or make so-called amulets, which are shackles for souls. And we ordered those who wear them to be expelled from the Church.

Ὅτι οὐ δεῖ ἱερατικοὺς ἢ κληρικούς, μάγους ἢ ἐπαοιδοὺς εἶναι, ἢ μαθηματικούς, ἢ ἀστρολόγους, ἢ ποιεῖν τὰ λεγόμενα φυλακτήρια, ἅτινά ἐστι δεσμωτήρια τῶν ψυχῶν αὐτῶν. Τοὺς δὲ φοροῦντας, ῥίπτεσθαι ἐκ τῆς ἐκκλησίας ἐκελεύσαμεν.
