An order to Bishop Cresconius, who left his place and by force seized the vacant episcopal see in Tubun, to appear before the general council.
Concerning Cresconius of Villarecentia, it was decided by all: in the future, also to bring to the attention of the foremost bishop of Numidia that he should, by his message, persuade the said Cresconius to come so that he would appear at the next general African Council without delay. If he neglects this and does not come, let him know that a sentence will be pronounced against him.
