About the property of clergy acquired or inherited during their service.
It was decided: if bishops, presbyters, deacons or any other clergy who had nothing, after their installation, during episcopacy or service in the clergy, buy fields or any land in their name, then they must be considered the thieves of the Lord's property, except in the case when, after exhortations, they give it to the Church. If they personally receive a gift from someone or an inheritance from relatives, let them do with it as they please. And if, having expressed the intention to give this to the Church, they return back, let them be recognized as unworthy of church office as outcasts.
