That Mauritania of Sitifen should have its own ruling bishop.
It was convenient for Mauritania of Sitifen to have its own leader, as she requested (the leader of the Numidian country, from which it was separated by the Council). With the consent of all the leaders in the African regions and all the bishops, she was allowed this because of her remoteness.

Ἤρεσεν, ἵνα ἡ Μαυριτανία Σιτιφένσης, ὣς ᾔτησε, τὸν πρωτεύοντα τῆς Νουμιδικῆς χώρας, ἧς τινος ἐκ τῆς συνόδου κεχώρισται, ἴδιον ἔχῃ πρωτεύοντα. Συναινέσει οὖν πάντων τῶν πρωτευόντων τῶν Ἀφρικανῶν ἐπαρχιῶν, καὶ πάντων τῶν ἐπισκόπων, διὰ τὸ μακροδαπές, ἔχειν ἐπετράπη.[1]
