That after the trial of the elected judges it is no longer possible, under threat of punishment, to appeal to the highest court.
Moreover, it is impossible to appeal against the decision of judges chosen by mutual agreement. If it turns out that someone stubbornly does not want to submit to the judges, the bishop of the primary see, having learned about this, will distribute letters so that none of the bishops will enter into communication with him until he submits.

Ἀπὸ δὲ τῶν δικαστῶν, τῶν κατὰ κοινὴν συναίνεσιν ἐπιλεγέντων, μὴ ἐξεῖναι ἐκκαλεῖσθαι. Ὅστισδήποτε δὲ ἀποδειχθείη διὰ μονοτονίαν μὴ θέλειν τοῖς δικασταῖς πειθαρχῆσαι, τοῦτο γινώσκων ὁ τῆς πρώτης καθέδρας ἐπίσκοπος δώσει γράμματα, ὥστε μηδένα τῶν ἐπισκόπων αὐτῷ κοινωνῆσαι, ἕως οὗ πειθάρχησῃ.[1]
