Правило 116
An order to read in church only those prayers that have been reviewed at councils and approved by the latter for use in church.
It was also desirable that everyone should perform the prayers approved at the Council, be they initial, concluding, presentation prayers or prayers for the laying on of hands, and should not say others that are contrary to the faith. Let those prayers be read that were compiled by the wisest people.
