That a presbyter condemned by his bishop should report this to neighboring bishops in order to, if possible, be reconciled with their help.
If a presbyter is accused of his behavior, he must report this to neighboring bishops, so that they will hear his case and, through their mediation, he will be reconciled with his bishop. If he does not do this, but - which may not happen - rises up in arrogance, separates himself from communion with his bishop and, together with some causing a schism, brings the Holy Gifts to God, let him be anathema and let him lose his place - but after it has been considered whether his complaint against the bishop is fair.
