Правило 107

That some cases decided at diocesan councils can be reviewed and decided a second time, and after the decision of the judges elected by mutual agreement, one can no longer turn to another high court.
If an appeal is filed and the one who filed it elects judges together with the one against whom he demands a new trial, then from now on none of them will be allowed to appeal.

Ἐὰν δὲ γένηται ἔκκλητος, καὶ ἐπιλέξηται ὁ ἐκκαλεσάμενος δικαστὰς, καὶ μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ κἀκεῖνος καθ᾽ οὖ ἐξεκαλέσατο, τοῦ λοιποῦ ἀπὸ τούτων μηδενὶ ἐξέστω ἐκκαλεῖσθαι.

Ὑφ᾽ ἓν τοποτηρησίαι διαφόρων ἐπαρχιῶν ἐμφανισθεῖσαι, χαριέντως προσεδέχθησαν· τουτέστι, τῶν Νουμιδίων, τῶν Βυζακηνῶν, τῶν Μαύρων Σιτιφενσιῶν, ὁμοίως δὲ καὶ Καισαρειανῶν, ἀλλὰ καὶ τῶν ἀπὸ Τριπόλεως.[1]
