Правило 101
That everyone who is ordained a reader in a certain diocese cannot, without the consent of the bishop concerned, be accepted into another diocese.
It was decided that anyone who reads in church at least once should not be accepted into its clergy by another church.

Ὁμοίως ἤρεσεν, ἵνα ὁστισδήποτε ἐν ἐκκλησίᾳ κἄν ἅπαξ ἀναγνῷ, ἀπ᾽ ἄλλης ἐκκλησίας πρὸς κλήρωσιν μὴ καταδέχηται. Καὶ ὑπέγραψαν. Αὐρήλιος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἐν Καρχηδόνι ἐκκλησίας τῷ παρόντι ψηφίσματι συνῄνεσα, καὶ ἀναγνωσθέντι ὑπέγραψα. Ὁμοίως καὶ οἱ λοιποὶ ἐπίσκοποι ὑπέγραψαν.[1]
