About the anathema to those who receive or give fruit without a bishop, or the person to whom ecclesiastical economy has been introduced.
If anyone wants to accept or distribute church fruit offerings outside the church, against the will of the bishop or the one to whom they are entrusted, and wants to do this without his consent, let him be anathema.

Εἴ τις καρποφορίας ἐκκλησιαστικὰς ἐθέλοι λαμβάνειν, ἢ διδόναι ἔξω τῆς ἐκκλησίας παρὰ γνώμην τοῦ ἐπισκόπου, ἢ τοῦ ἐγκεχειρισμένου τὰ τοιαῦτα, καὶ μὴ μετὰ γνώμης αὐτοῦ ἐθέλοι πράττειν, ἀνάθεμα ἔστω.
