Similar to the previous rule in the relationship of a bishop to his metropolitan.
If any bishop, under the pretext of the misconduct of his metropolitan, retreats from communion with him before the conciliar decision and does not, according to custom, raise his name at the Divine Mystery, then the Council determined that he should be deposed, however, only if, by retreating from his own metropolitan, he began a schism. Everyone should know their limits, and neither the presbyter should neglect his bishop, nor the bishop his metropolitan.
