Meeting of the Diocesan Council of the Odintsovo Diocesetranslated

On September 16, 2026, in the building of the Odintsovo Diocesan Administration, a meeting of the Diocesan Council of the Odintsovo Diocese was held under the chairmanship of Archbishop Thomas of Odintsovo and Krasnogorsk.

The meeting was attended by:

- Archpriest Dionisy Kazantsev, secretary of the Odintsovo diocesan administration, rector of the Church of the Savior of the Image Not Made by Hands. Usovo;

- Priest Vasily Losev, head of the secretariat of the International Public Organization "World Russian People's Council", head of the Legal Service of the Moscow Metropolis, secretary of the Diocesan Council, assistant to the diocesan bishop for legal issues, rector of St. Nicholas Cathedral in Krasnogorsk;

- Archpriest Igor Smertin, rector of the Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist in the village. Forest town;

The council discussed personnel issues, and also resolved a number of operational issues related to the activities of the diocese.
