Applications are now open for the All-Russian Video Festival of Bell Ringing, dedicated to the preservation and development of the traditions of Orthodox bell art. The festival is designed to introduce a wide Internet audience to the skill of church bell ringers, the diversity of bell ringing traditions and the peculiarities of the bell ringer's service.
