Bishop Vikenty of Tara and Tyukalina presented Alexander Petrovich Agibalov, an honorary citizen of Tara, a good friend of the diocese, with an award - a commemorative breastplate “250th anniversary of the Spassky Cathedral.” Recently, Alexander Petrovich celebrated his birthday and namesake day (angel day).

The ruling bishop thanked Alexander Petrovich for his constant active assistance to the diocese and public, sacrificial service to the Church, the Fatherland and the people. During the meeting, the awardee told the details of the return of the Savior Cathedral of the Church in the 90s, its fate in the Soviet years, how it again became the spiritual center of Orthodoxy in the north of the Omsk Irtysh region

Total work experience of A.P. Agibalov is 60 years old, of which 38 years have been in leadership positions in the Tara municipal district.

While on a well-deserved retirement, he takes an active part in the life of the region. Interacting with law enforcement agencies, he made a significant contribution to strengthening law and order in the region. For 15 years he headed the Public Council under the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Tara region.
