Спасибо, Владыка. У нас в семье всегда особенно чтили Петра и Февронию — каждый год 8 июля пекли пирог и вспоминали, как важно хранить верность. Простое, но очень нужное напоминание.

God save, Vladyka. With the deceased, it was also like that: every year of Petra and Fevronia, they planted two rose bushes in the garden - one for the other, so that they would grow together. The simple tradition, but holds.

In our family, for several years, we have been doing the same as Emma: we bake a simple apple cake on July 8 and tell our 5-year-old boy how Petru and Fevronia stayed together through everything. It's a small habit, but it keeps us close. Thanks, Vladyka, for the reminder.

Thanks, Emma. We do the same in our house — my wife bakes a simple apple pie every July 8th and we tell our toddler the story of Peter and Fevronia before bed. It really does make the day feel more like a proper family feast than just another calendar date. What kind of pie does your family usually make?

God save you, Velichka. You had a nice tradition with the deceased - two rose bushes for each other, so that they grow together. My wife and I planted one white and one red on the balcony for the first time this year, hopefully they will also remind us of Peter and Fevronia. And how many years did you plant them like that?
