"Romanian poem" by George Enescu will be presented in an audiovisual experience in Bucharesttranslated

"Romanian poem" by George Enescu will be presented on August 19 in an audiovisual experience at MINA - Museum of Immersive New Art in Bucharest, on the day when the composer's 145th birthday is celebrated.
The "George Enescu - Poema Română: Immersive Experience" project proposes an audiovisual journey inspired by the life and work of the Romanian composer. The experience is built around the work "Romanian Poem", op. 1, one of George Enescu's early creations.
The projection starts from a recording made by Electrecord in the 90s, with the National Radio Orchestra, conducted by Horia Andreescu. Also, the visual component is made by Les Ateliers Nomad and transforms the audition into an experience where sound, image, space and technology come into dialogue.
The public will be able to see photos of George Enescu from several stages of his life and career, some of them animated with the help of artificial intelligence.
Beginning work George Enescu composed "Romanian Poem" in 1897, at the age of 16. The work is the first creation to which the composer assigned an opus number. The first audition took place in Paris, in 1898, where…
