Father George Remete launched the new volumes from the "Opere Complete" series in Alba Iuliatranslated

Father Professor George Remete launched on Monday, in Alba Iulia, the fourth and fifth volumes of the "Opere Complete" series.

The event, held at the "Atrium Centurionum" Hall of the Alba County Council, was moderated by Prof. Teodora Popescu, director of the Council for Doctoral University Studies of the "1 Decembrie 1918" University in Alba Iulia. The demonstration was attended by theology professors, clergy, seminary students, students and representatives of local and county authorities.

In the opening of the presentations, the conference priest Oliviu Botoi, cultural adviser of the Alba Iulia Archdiocese and director of the Department of Orthodox Theology, highlighted the theological and philosophical contribution of father George Remete, considered one of the reference personalities of contemporary Romanian theology.

Parents, professors Mihai Himcinschi and Lucian D. Colda, as well as the president of the Alba County Council, Ion Dumitrel, also spoke, who appreciated the scientific and editorial activity of the author.
