On the eve of the feast, September 7, the Polyhieratic Vespers was held, presided over by Rev. Metropolitan of Ierissos, Mount Athos and Ardameri Mr. Theoklitos and concelebrants of Rev. Metropolitans of Dimitrias and Almyros, Mr. Ignatius, of Mavrovouni and Parathalassia, Mr. Ioannikios, from the Patriarchate of Serbia, Mr. Kallinikos of Artis and the familiar Pastor, Kalavryton and Aegialia, Mr. Ieronymos, co-prayer of the former Kalavryton, Mr. Ambrosios.
