Paros: The celebrations for Panagia Ekatontapyliani in the presence of Dendias and F/G "KIMON"translated

The Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias represented the Prime Minister today, Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the Solemn High Priestly Mass for the celebration of the Assumption of the Virgin, at the Holy Pilgrimage of Panagia Ekatontapyliani, in Paros. Also present were Member of Parliament Katerina Monogyou, as a representative of the Hellenic Parliament, the Deputy Minister of Education, Religion and Sports, in charge of Sports, Ioannis Vroutsis, Member of Parliament of the New Democracy Anna Mani-Papadimitriou, Member of Parliament Vasilios Grammenos, as a representative of the Hellenic Solution and the representative of PASOK - Movement for Change Grigoria Protolati.

The Minister was accompanied by the Inspector General of the Navy Vice-Admiral (M) Dimitrios Kapiris PN, as a representative of the Chief of General Staff, as well as the Chief of General Staff.

Also present were the Mayor of Paros, Konstantinos Bizas, the Prefect of Paros and Antiparos, Vazaios Petropoulos, as well as representatives of Authorities, Agencies and Associations.
