ITO 2026: Almost 2,000 young people participated in interactive training workshops in Bucharesttranslated

Almost 2,000 participants and volunteers at the International Meeting of Orthodox Youth (ITO) in Bucharest took part on Wednesday in interactive training workshops dedicated to project management, communication in the digital environment and responsibility in interpersonal relationships.

For the approximately 1,800 Romanian participants, the activities took place in the halls of the Politehnica University of Bucharest and were coordinated by over 70 ITO 2026 volunteers.

The workshops followed the stages of a project (design, implementation and evaluation) and emphasized teamwork, taking responsibility and managing contingencies.

Andreia Paraschiv, ITO 2026 facilitator, highlighted how the participants responded to the challenge: "The young people did excellently, they responded promptly, they were excited, they were happy."
