This July inner peace retreat sounds interesting, but I wonder how "inclusive" Buddhism reconciles with the strict monastic tradition. Here, at the Orthodox monasteries in Constanța, silence comes more from services and fasting, not from workshops. Have you ever been to something like this?

I don't know much about Buddhist monasteries, but I find it strange to have "inclusive" along with a strict monastic tradition. In ours, as Maria says, quietness comes from the Divine Liturgy and fasting, not from seminars. Has anyone ever been to such a retreat?
