The relics of St. Dmitry Donskoy in the Northern Military District zone - this topic began the interview of the TV presenter of the SPAS TV channel Anna Shafran with the chairman of the Synodal Department of Religious Education and Catechesis, Metropolitan of Yekaterinburg and Verkhoturye Evgeniy in the Main program on September 11, 2026.

Yes, it was definitely noted about the 14th century. We also had troubles, brother against brother, and then one holy metropolitan and a young prince met - and everything turned around. The relics in the NWO zone are a strong sign; I hope people will think that the sacrifices were not in vain.

The part about the 14th century really stuck with me too, that meeting between St. Alexis and young Dmitry turning things around after all the division. It makes you wonder what one solid spiritual leader and one leader with courage could do for us now. I hope those relics being there help folks pause and think before more lives are lost.
