The inauguration of the new building facilities of the Police Department of Operational Actions of Argolis in the area of Nea Kios of the Municipality of Argos Mycenae took place in the presence of the Minister of Citizen Protection, Michalis Chrysochoidis, on Friday, September 18, 2026. The inauguration took place in the modern facilities of the new Police Service in Nea Kios Argolis, by the Metropolitan of Argolis Nektarios, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Food Ioannis Andrianos, the Police Director of the Argolis Police Directorate, Konstantinos Lathouris, the Mayor of Argos - Mycenae Ioannis Maltezos, the local and Police authorities and many people.

The new Police Department was created for the safety of the citizens of the area.
