Хорошо, что епархия напомнила, у нас в Нью-Йорке тоже иногда объявляют такие сборы в церкви. В прошлом году после одного такого призыва я сдала кровь в местном центре, и потом целый день чувствовала себя как после хорошей постной трапезы — легко и спокойно. Кто уже ходил в этом месяце?

Good to see the Bačka diocese putting out the appeal. Blood donations always seem to run short, especially in winter. I gave a pint last year at our local drive after Father mentioned it from the ambo, and like Sofia said, the rest of the day felt strangely light, almost like after a strict fast. Anyone in London parishes doing one soon?
