A military priest of the All-Great Don Army took part in the ceremony at the Cossack Cadet Corps of the Republic of Kalmykiatranslated

On October 18, 2026, in the Cossack Cadet Corps named after O. I. Gorodovikov in the city of Gorodovikovsk, the opening of the multimedia exhibition “Cossacks of the Crimea” took place, organized by the Black Sea Cossack Army together with the Kalmyk Cossack District of the All-Great Don Army and dedicated to the day of remembrance of the heavenly patron of Cossack youth - Saint Tsarevich Alexy.

With the blessing of Metropolitan Mercury of Rostov and Novocherkassk, the event was attended by the military priest of the All-Great Don Army, Archpriest Georgy Smorkalov.

Archbishop of Elista and Kalmyk Justinian performed a prayer service before the opening and addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech.

The event was attended by the ataman of the Kalmyk Cossack district of the All-Great Don Army, adviser to the head of the Republic of Kalmykia Chimid Dzhangaev, member of the council of old men of the Black Sea Cossack army Sergei Kulikov, director of the cadet corps Viktor Dordzhiev, clergy and students of the corps.
