In the preschool department of the Municipal Educational Institution “Secondary School named after A.P. Chekhov" there was a meeting between the rector of the Myronositsky Church in Istra, Priest Pavel Malkin, and the team.

Father Paul spoke about the Bible - how it developed over the centuries and why its words still resonate in the hearts of people. And this year there is an important date: 150 years of the Synodal Translation of the Bible (it was completed in 1876). This is the same translation that became for many the first step towards becoming acquainted with the Holy Scriptures in Russian.
