Hundreds of children from all over the country were awarded on Monday, during a ceremony held in the Aula Magna "Teoctist Patriarch" of the Palace of the Patriarchate. The moment represented the end of the sports competition "Fairplay and communion: the family, my first team" within the national project Center of activities with the youth "Sfântul Ilie Tesviteanul".

The event was attended by 117 children, the first place winners from each local educational center, accompanied by the socio-educational instructors employed within the Project, but the announced prizes will also go to the second and third place winners from all over the country.

The ceremony was opened by Fr. Florin Marica, Patriarchal Counselor at the Theological-Educational Sector of the Patriarchal Administration and the coordinator of the national project Center for activities with youth "Saint Ilie Tesviteanul".
