The Bishop of Antania at the celebrating Koutloumusian Skete of Agios Panteleimonos on Mount Athostranslated

With rich spiritual experiences, blessed meetings and a strong sense of ecclesiastical unity, the multi-day pilgrimage visit of the Professor of the Holy Monastery of Venerable Prodromos Bigorski, Theophilestate Bishop of Antania, Mr. Partheniou, to Mount Athos was completed. The reason for the blessed visit was the cordial invitation of the Right of the Koutloumousian Skete of Agios Panteleimonos to Karyes Hierodeacon Fr.

It was the first coming of Theophilestatos to Mount Athos as a Bishop, but also his first liturgical appearance on Mount Athos after thirty-six whole years - ever since, as a young theologian and trainee monk, he lived for a time in the Holy Monastery of Saint Gregory, under the wise spiritual guidance of the blessed Elder Georgios Kapsanis.
