The Broadcasters of the National Guard celebrated their Patron, Saint Paisiostranslated

On Friday, July 10, 2026, the official celebration of Agios Paisios Agioreitos, patron of the Weapon of Transmissions, took place. The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Defense Mr. Vassilis Palmas, the Chief of the National Guard, Lt. Gen. Emmanuel Theodorou, the Director General of the Ministry of Defense, Mr. Stelios Kountouris, the Commissioner of Communications, Mr. Marios Pieri, representatives of local and other authorities, the Hierarchy of the GEEF, a delegation of executives, as well as retired officers.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, a static exhibition was held in which systems and tools of the Transmissions were presented.
