My husband is on duty, three children, a baby in my arms. I'm breaking down from fatigue. How to deal with anger?translated

Reader question:

Good afternoon My husband and I have three children: a 13-year-old daughter, a 9-year-old son, and a 10-month-old youngest daughter. The relationship with dad is good, but she is more demanding of me, she can argue, disobey, and says that I am evil. How to find a common language with children? They are good for me, for some reason it just happens that way.
