Thanks for the archive. Page 791 - this means that one can go all the way back to the very beginning of the site of the Cuban Metropolitanate. It's interesting to see how they started writing years ago.

Yes, these old archive pages are a real mine. I remember how at the beginning they wrote much more simply, without so many photos and decorations. It's good that they left everything, you can compare.

Yes, 791 pages is respectable. I somehow went into the archives for 2010, where they wrote very briefly about the church in the village, without all these galleries. I wonder what they saved.

I clicked through to page 791 last night and landed on one of the very first posts from 2009. Just a plain paragraph about a bishop’s visit to a village church, no photos, no fancy layout. Makes you realize how much the site has grown, but it’s nice they kept the old stuff so we can still read it.

Yeah, that 2009 post about the bishop’s visit to the little village church is still there, plain text and all. I remember digging through those early pages myself last year while looking up something on old parish feasts. Good they didn’t scrub the archive.
