The Kindergarten of St. Mark's School in Kinshasa was inauguratedtranslated

A special blessing and special joy was experienced by the School of Saint Mark in Kinshasa with the opening of the new Kindergarten, which was a constant request of the parents of the students, but also of the residents of the area in general. God enlightened the right people to stand by the Reverend Metropolitan of Kinshasa Mr. Theodosios and to contribute decisively to the realization of a project that covered an important educational need of the region.

The Holy Metropolis of Rethymno and Avlopotamos and, specifically, its Office of Foreign Missions responded to this constant request of His Eminence. The Reverend Metropolitan of Rethymno and Avlopotamos, Mr. Prodromos, having a particular sensitivity for the issues of Foreign Missions, through the Director of the Office of Foreign Missions, Archimandrite Fr. Vassiliou Papadakis, and with the securing of two sponsors, undertook the reconstruction of the Kindergarten.
