Documentary film “Service. Father Vasily” by Ural director Andrei Titov received the Main Prize at the closing ceremony of the XXXVII Open Documentary Film Festival “Russia” on October 5, 2026.
The hero of the film is the cleric of the Yekaterinburg diocese, Archpriest Vasily Zudilov. At the very beginning of the Special Military Operation, being a former career military man, he went to the front as a volunteer and became a regimental priest. His son Dmitry followed his example.
