“ Can the Bible be used to justify discrimination?” Pillay discusses the relationship between Holy Scripture, human dignity, and universal human rights. He explores whether human rights are rooted in the Christian faith, how Scripture should be interpreted responsibly, and what gives churches moral credibility in defending justice and human dignity.

Da li je moguće da baš onaj koji pita „može li se Biblija koristiti za opravdanje diskriminacije“ zaboravi da su neke crkve već decenijama to radile sa Svetim pismom u ruci? Bilo bi zanimljivo čuti konkretan primjer kako on misli da treba „odgovorno tumačiti“ ono što je jasno napisano.
