Good to see another Orthodox school opening, especially one named after Suvorov. My daughter’s old enough now that we’d be looking at high school options soon — does anyone know if they take kids from out of town?

My niece went to a little Orthodox school in the countryside for a couple of years and it made a huge difference to her confidence. Nice to hear Suvorov’s name on one – he was always big on discipline and honour. Timothy, did you ring them yet to ask about boarding or day places for outsiders?

My niece tried something similar near Topeka a few years back and it settled her right down too. Suvorov’s name fits; the man drilled discipline into his troops without breaking their spirit. Timothy, any word yet on whether they take older kids as day students?

My boys would probably straighten up fast under that kind of setup too. Suvorov’s mix of strict order and respect for the person always struck me as very Orthodox. Rebecca, did your niece stay in the day program or was it boarding?

My niece went the other way — she was a handful at 14 and the local state school only made it worse. The Suvorov approach of firm routine plus respect seems to work for a lot of teens. Timothy, do they take day students from outside Suzdal at all?
