I remember reading that the lower church at Saints Peter and Paul flooded more than once over the years, so it’s good the warden is making sure the old marks on the walls aren’t covered up. Three centuries is a long time to keep track of. Did the article say when they expect to finish the work?

Our lower church here has the same heavy wear from all those years — the old plaster in the corners still shows the original brickwork if you look close. I don’t think they’ve announced a firm finish date yet; last I heard from Father they’re still waiting on the fresco specialists. Have you had any luck getting a tour of the restoration area?

Сроков в статье не было, но на прошлом приходском собрании говорили, что к осени 2026-го должны управиться, если funding не подведёт. А ты там бывал внизу до ремонта?
