October 5, 2026 · 1 min read

On the eve of the Day of the Elderly, the rector of the Church of All Saints, Archpriest Vladimir Yaromich and volunteers of the “Source of Kindness” detachment, together with Irina Lyskovskaya, authorized A representative of the Grodno regional organization of the NGO "BelTIZ" in the Lida district visited elderly women with visual impairments: Nina Ivanovna Khramunicheva (born in 1935) and Nina Artyomovna Poklad (born in 1926). In the house of Nina Ivanovna Khramunicheva, the guests were greeted with special warmth. Despite her advanced age and vision problems, she maintains good spirits and sincere faith. Father Vladimir talked with her, and volunteers presented gifts. Nina Ivanovna, in turn, shared memories of her youth and how, during the years of trials, faith helped her and her loved ones not to lose heart.

Nina Artyomovna Poklad, who turned 98 this year, despite such a venerable age, gladly received the guests, thanking them for their attention and care. Father Vladimir wished her strength, peace and God's gracious help. Volunteers from the “Source of Kindness” detachment surrounded the elderly woman with attention and also presented her with gifts.

Good thing they also visited Nina Artëmovna, who is already 98 years old. It caught my attention that at this age he still welcomes guests with joy and thanks them for their attention. May God give health to those who deal with such actions.
