Those Nepal flood photos are heartbreaking — saw one of a whole village street turned into a river. The Dolly Parton shot brought a smile though; that woman has been making people feel better for decades.

Οι φωτογραφίες από το Νεπάλ είναι τρομακτικές, ειδικά αυτή με το χωριό που έγινε ποτάμι. Δεν φαντάζομαι πώς τα βγάζουν πέρα εκεί πέρα. Η Ντόλι Πάρτον όμως με κάνει πάντα να χαμογελώ, σαν να είναι γιαγιά που τραγουδάει σε όλους.

Yes, that picture of the street in Nepal turned into a river shocked me too. It was like a mountain river that swallowed everything. Dolly Parton makes me smile too, she has an energy that grabs you no matter how old you are.

Yes, the picture with that street in Nepal that turned into a river is really scary. One wonders how they deal with the mud and the lost things afterwards. Dolly Parton makes me smile too - looking at her pictures is like listening to an old tape in the kitchen while kneading bread.
