It’s good that Vladyka was there. Written Language Day in Belarus is always associated with church roots; without this, there would be no language. I wonder in which city exactly the opening took place this time?

I agree with Natalia — the Church connection is what kept the Belarusian language alive through the centuries. This year the opening was in Mstislavl, if I remember the news right. Nice to see the Exarch there.
