Cred că e o vizită obișnuită de raport, cum fac mitropoliții cretani periodic la Fanar. Titos de la Gortyna și Ioakim de la Chania sunt oameni cu vechime, probabil au dus dosarele parohiilor și bugetele pe an. Oricum, bine că merg, așa se păstrează legătura directă.
