Festival program I.M. Panagia Faneromeni Bathyrryakostranslated

On Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23, 2026, the historic Holy Monastery of Panagia Faneromeni Bathyrryakos is celebrating. The program of the holy services is as follows:

Saturday, August 22, 2026 Time 18:00. The Vespers service at the "Rodon to Amaranton" Chapel inside the Aigiros Viticultural Station. Afterwards, a procession of the miraculous Theotokos Icon of Panagia Faneromeni to the Monastery of the same name Bathyrryakos. At the Ambrosia station, the reception of the Holy Icon will take place under the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Maroneia and Komotini Mr. Panteleimonos, surrounded by the Holy Clergy, the local authorities and the pious believers.

Time 19:00. Beginning of the solemn vesper service, presided over by His Eminence Metropolitan of Maroneia and Komotini Mr. Panteleimonos, followed by the Artoklassia after the Divine Sermon.

Time 22:30. Opening evening Divine Liturgy.

Sunday, August 23, 2026 Time 07:00. Beginning of the Orthros service and then the solemn Divine Liturgy, officiated by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Maroneia and Komotini, Mr. Panteleimonos.
