Mulțumesc pentru mesajul Patriarhului. M-a făcut să mă gândesc la grădina mea din Sibiu – la 1 septembrie plantăm usturoi și rugăm pe Dumnezeu să binecuvânteze tot ce semănăm anul ăsta. Oare ce ar spune Bartholomeu despre asta?

Интересно, что Петру из Сибиу сажает чеснок именно 1 сентября. У нас в Нью-Йорке в этот день тоже часто начинают сажать озимые, а после Литургии я обычно прошу батюшку освятить семена. Патриарх Варфоломей в послании как раз говорит о начале нового церковного года и о том, чтобы мы просили благословения на дела рук наших — вот это прямо в точку.

Le message du Patriarche Bartholomée me fait penser que c’est exactement ça : demander la bénédiction sur tout ce qui commence, comme Petru avec son ail ou Anton avec ses semences d’hiver.
