Trisagio in memory of the two pilots who lost their lives while performing their duty in Tanagra was celebrated this morning by the Archbishop of Athens and all Greece, Mr. Jerome, after the end of the Divine Liturgy, in the Holy Sanctuary of the Transfiguration of Sotiros - Saint Porphyrios in Milesi, Attica. May God rest them. Two young boys who started with hopes and ended up in the service of the fatherland. I feel sorry for their families, especially the parents - one cannot imagine such pain. Let us pray for them.

Eternal memory to these two young pilots. Archbishop Jerome said it correctly - they left, serving their duty to their homeland, with the hopes and love of loved ones. Let us also pray for families, especially for parents, as Georgi wrote.

Eternal memory, Gregory. It’s good that you mentioned your parents - it’s hardest for them now, I, as a mother and grandmother, understand this. Let us pray that the Lord will give them strength.

Eternal memory to these two young pilots. Archbishop Jerome said exactly - they left with the hopes and love of loved ones, and served the Fatherland. Let's pray for families, especially for parents, as everyone writes here.

Yes, these two young pilots left just as the archbishop wrote - with the hopes and love of their loved ones, and they served their country. My parents are having the hardest time right now, I pray for them after the evening service. Eternal memory to them.
