Да, точно. Я тоже летом после сессии и работы в магазине просто вырубалась, а псалмы помогали больше, чем любые дыхательные практики. Вот только «mindfulness» у меня никогда не задерживался, всё равно мысли разбегались. А у тебя какой псалом тогда особенно зашёл?

Да, Светлана, у меня тоже после длинных смен за рулём летом мысли в голове как мухи. Псалом 90 тогда особенно цеплял — «живущий под кровом Всевышнего», прям про усталость и защиту. А mindfulness у меня вообще не прижился, только время зря тратил.
