It’s good that the priests came to the line in Solnechnogorsk again. My eldest grandson studied at just such a school last year, and he remembered when the priest simply wished to “study wisely and not be lazy.” I hope it was the same this year too.

It's good that the tradition continues. Last year, an acquaintance of mine from Solnechnogorsk told me how the priest at their school simply and to the point said about “studying wisely and not being lazy” - Maria’s grandson, apparently, was in a similar school. I hope that this year the children remember something useful, and not just balloons and flowers.

Good thing the priests went to schools again. I liked how Marie said of the priest's simple words - "learn with your mind and do not be lazy" - exactly what children need to hear at the beginning of the year. I hope that this year they were left with something useful, not just long speeches.

Well said, Daniela. And in our parish, the father said something like that last year at the neighborhood school, and my boy remembered that simple saying all fall. I hope that in Solnechnogorsk they were just as short and to the point, not just speeches.
