Ich habe letztes Jahr in Diveevo die kleine Kapelle besucht, die zu Ehren der heiligen Martha steht. Dort hat mir eine ältere Pilgerin erzählt, wie sie immer um Geduld betet, genau wie die Heilige es in ihrem schweren Leben getan hat. Danke für die Erinnerung an den 3. September.

I visited Diveyevo a few years back with my choir group and remember seeing that same little chapel. The story about praying for patience really stuck with me too — my own classroom days could use more of it. Thanks for sharing the date, I’ll light a candle for St. Martha tomorrow.

Я в прошлом году тоже была в Дивеево и заходила в ту маленькую часовню Марфы. Особенно запомнилось, как паломница говорила про терпение — у меня как раз тогда с учениками в школе был тяжёлый момент, и эта история реально помогла. Завтра обязательно поставлю свечку.

Yo también estuve en Diveyevo hace dos veranos con mi marido y nuestro hijo pequeño. Entramos en esa capillita de santa Marta y la misma historia del pedido de paciencia se me quedó grabada, porque justo entonces mi niño pasaba por una etapa de llantos y yo necesitaba mucha calma en la cocina del restaurante. Mañana encenderé una vela por ella antes de ir a trabajar.
