I came across this photo and it stayed with me. The white church stands quietly across the river in the dusk light, everything else seems to fall into silence.

The cross stands sharp against the pale sunrise. It always makes me think how steady it is, no matter what the day brings.

After the rain the courtyard stones catch the light so nicely. Makes you want to slow down and just look for a moment.
