George Miller The crust looks properly blistered, just the way it should after a wood oven. Around here in the Rhodope region they still use the old brick ovens like that for the big parish meals.

Katherine Morris That brickwork around the oven door looks solid, the way the mortar is packed tight between the old stones. The loaf has a nice even rise too.
